Cosmopolitan didn't offer me anything special to write this complimentary letter. What they did offer was a special way of taking care of my wonky furnace and humidifier. If you hate the thought of paying extra for furnace repairs, all you need do is perform regular preventative maintenance. I learned the hard way. I tried to save money by avoiding spending any on regular maintenance. It may seem to have been the thing to do for the first 2 or 3 years, but I ended up with some unnecessary repair bills. A friend of mine with an identical furnace (both put in at same time) opted to have Cosmopolitan do an annual check up. He won! I have to admit that I changed my tactic and am now a regular maintenance customer. It was an expensive lesson but I have learned to be more prudent in future.

We had our ducts cleaned by Cosmopolitan last week after finishing some renovations. The drywall dust was particularly bad. I wasn't going to be breathing in that stuff all year round. After seeing what else they took out from the ductwork which hadn't been done in more years than I care to admit, I realized that this is something that should have been done much more often. The same applies to changing filters it makes sense and there has been a noticeable decrease in the dust on our furniture. My wife is more than pleased.

Just a warning to anyone who reads this! Don't put off keeping your HVAC system in good operating condition. Also don't put off getting your ducts cleaned every few years. It does make a difference-especially in your pocketbook. Cosmopolitan does ours. We have always been happy with their services.

here's nothing worse than having your furnace stop working on the coldest night of the year. There's nothing better than having a reliable furnace maintenance company come to your aid. Both happened to me this past February. The bottom line is that Cosmopolitan got everything up and working in no time at all. I was quite impressed.
